Every year around this time, the Fall Equinox, I get a case of what my friends and I will joke, "back to school vibes" – where you feel inspired to comb through your long tangly mermaid locks from the wild summer ways, put your bra back on and energetically sharpen your "pencils."
Over the years, my morning practice has been a catalyst for so much – a place to process emotion, empty my mind, receive visions, have clarity around big decisions, and most importantly, listen to the wisdom and guidance speaking from within.
In the next few months I will be sharing answers to questions my clients often ask me, interviews with wise women, insights from ceremonies and initiations, clips from my journals, and more – all related to walking the path of the priestess.
My dad is a musician and we would spend hours playing the piano and singing together when I was a kid. It's actually how my parents met. My dad was playing the piano at Villanova Law School back in the 70s, and my mom walked up and they started singing together and instantly fell in love.

There I was, sitting upon the mineral rich soil of the old growth, redwood forest floor with a cup of cacao brew in my hands. I was sharing a pulse with 75 other teary-eyed women as the warm cacao penetrated our collective bloodstream.
A true goddess is a woman who is in full realization and expression of her divine feminine essence. She recognizes how bright her light is and isn’t shy to shine it out to the world. She has a healthy relationship to her darker side, too, because she has endured her darkest hour and received its lessons with honor and gratitude.
